The lab is equipped with several working models of internal combustion engines including a spark-ignition engine, compression-ignition engine and gas turbine. Students conduct experiments on each of these engines to study and assess their performance.

3. Knock testing unit for rating motor fuel
4. Diesel testing unit for rating diesel fuel
5. Apparatus for demonstrating gas laws and kinetic theory
