- Site identification, wind resource analysis, Monitoring station instrumentation and measurements, parameters and sampling intervals; data storage, processing and transfer; towers and sensors support hardware; measurement system accuracy and reliability; data collection and handling; ground based remote sensing systems; data validation, post validation adjustments; characterization of observed wind resource; estimation of resource with height; climate adjustment
